Outside Micrometer

  1. The component to be measured must be clean before taking the measurement.
  2. Know the approximate measurement to select the proper size of micrometer. In this case the range is from 1-2 inches.
  3. To obtain an accurate measurement, carefully open the micrometer wide enough to fit over the shaft.
  4. Then slowly turn the thimble to close the micrometer until the measuring surfaces just touch the widest point on the shaft.
  5. Gently rocking the instrument will help find the widest point.
  6. When ready to read the measurement, lock the micrometer to hold thimble in place.
  7. In this case the measurement is 1.491 inches.

الميكروميتر لقياس الأبعاد الخارجية

  1. يتم تنظيف الجزء المطلوب قياسه جيدا قبل إجراء عملية القياس.
  2. يتم التعرف على المقاس التقريبى للبعد المراد قياسه حتى يتم إختيار ميكروميتر ذات حجم مناسب. فى هذه الحالة الحجم المتوقع للميكروميتر من 1 – 2 بوصة.
  3. للحصول على قياسات دقيقة إفتح الميكروميتر فتحة مناسبة لدخول العمود بين نقطتى القياس للميكروميتر .
  4. قم بإدارة مقبض الميكروميتر ببطئ حتى تتلامس نقطتى القياس للميكروميتر مع أكبر بعد على العمود.
  5. أرجحة الميكروميتر بلطف يساعد على التعرف على أكبر بعد للعمود.
  6. عندما تكون جاهز لأخذ قياس قطر العمود يتم اولا تثبيت مقبض الميكروميتر فى مكانه ثم تسجل قراءة الميكروميتر.
  7. فى هذه الحالة 1.491 بوصة.

Digital Micrometer

  1. Wipe the part to be measured to ensure an accurate reading.
  2. Know the approximate measurement to select the micrometer range. In this case the expected measurement is between 25-50 Millimeters.
  3. A 25 millimeter block is included to check the accuracy of the micrometer.
  4. Carefully close the micrometer to measure length of the block. I should be 25 millimeters.
  5. This instrument is properly calibrated.
  6. To measure the diameter of the shaft, place the micrometer over the shaft and carefully turn the thimble until the measuring surfaces just touch the shaft.
  7. Move the micrometer back and forth as you turn knob at the end of the thimble to ensure that you are measuring the widest part of the shaft.
  8. Lock the instrument before you read the value.
  9. In this case, the value is exactly 38 millimeters.

الميكروميتر الرقمى

  1. يتم تنظيف الجزء المطلوب قياسه جيدا قبل إجراء عملية القياس.
  2. يتم التعرف على المقاس التقريبى للبعد المراد قياسه حتى يتم إختيار ميكروميتر ذات حجم مناسب. فى هذه الحالة الحجم المتوقع للميكروميتر من 25 – 50 مللميتر.
  3. كتلة قياسية مقاس 25 مللىميتر تستخدم لإختبار دقة القياس للميكروميتر .
  4. قم بإدارة مقبض الميكروميتر ببطئ لقياس طول الكتلة القياسية. يجب أن تكون 25 ملليميتر.
  5. القياسات تظهر ان هذا الميكروميتر تمت معايرته بدقة.
  6. لقياس قطر العمود قم بوضع الميكروميتر على العمود. قم بإدارة مقبض الميكروميتر ببطئ حتى تتلامس نقطتى القياس للميكروميتر مع العمود.
  7. قم بتحريك الميكروميتر للأمام وللخلف مع إدارة مقبض الميكروميتر للتأكد من قياس أكبر بعد للعمود.
  8. يتم تثبيت مقبض الميكروميتر فى مكانه قبل تسجيل القراءة.
  9. قراءة الميكروميتر فى هذه الحالة 38 ملليميتر.

Dial Caliper Outside

  1. Always clean the part to be measured.
  2. The dial caliper can measure a wide range of values.
  3. Before using the instrument, make sure the dial reads ZERO when the jaws are closed.
  4. Unlock the caliper and then open the jaws slowly to a point that is a little larger than the part to be measured.
  5. Carefully close the caliper against the widest part of the bearing. Make sure the jaws are just touching the bearing. Do not apply too much pressure.
  6. This is how a properly positioned caliper will appear.
  7. When you are ready to complete the measurement, lock the caliper before you remove the bearing.
  8. In this case the reading is 46.72 millimeters.
  9. When the job is done, close the caliper before returning it to the container.

المسماك لقياس الأبعاد الخارجية

  1. يتم دائما تنظيف الجزء المطلوب قياسه جيدا قبل إجراء عملية القياس.
  2. المسماك ذات القرص يستخدم فى قياس مدى واسع من الأبعاد.
  3. قبل إستخدام المسماك تاكد من أن القراءة صفر عند تلامس فكى المسماك.
  4. قم بفك كابح المسماك وفتح فكى المسماك لبعد أكبر قليلا من البعد المراد قياسه.
  5. قم بإدارة المقبض لغلق فكى المسماك ببطئ لقياس أكبر بعد خارجى لكرسى التحميل. تأكد من أن فكى المسماك مجرد تلمس السطح الخارجى لكرسى التحميل. لا تضع الكثير من الضغط على على فكى المسماك.
  6. هكذا يبدو الوضع الأفضل للمسماك أثناء القياس.
  7. عندما تكون جاهز لتسجيل القياس يتم تثبيت فكى المسماك بغلق الكابح قبل نزع كرسى التحميل من بين فكى المسماك.
  8. فى هذه الحالة المقاس 46.72 ملليميتر.
  9. عندما تنتهى عملية القياس يتم غلق فكى المسماك قبل إعادته للصندوق.

Dial Caliper Inside

  1. Always clean the part to be measured.
  2. The dial caliper can measure a wide range of values. It can measure outside and inside dimensions.
  3. Before using the instrument, make sure the dial reads ZERO when the jaws are closed.
  4. Unlock the caliper and then open the jaws slowly to a point that is a little smaller than the diameter to be measured.
  5. Carefully open the caliper against the widest part of the bearing center. Make sure the jaws are just touching the bearing. Do not apply too much pressure.
  6. Gently rocking the caliper against the inside of the bearing will help ensure you are measuring the widest point.
  7. When you are ready to complete the measurement, lock the caliper before you remove the bearing.
  8. In this case the reading is 39.987 millimeters.
  9. When the job is done, close the caliper before returning it to the container.

المسماك لقياس الأبعاد الداخلية

  1. يتم دائما تنظيف الجزء المطلوب قياسه جيدا قبل إجراء عملية القياس.
  2. المسماك ذات القرص يستخدم فى قياس مدى واسع من الأبعاد الداخلية والخارجية.

  6. أرجحة المسماك بلطف يساعد على التعرف على أكبر بعد.
  7. عندما تكون جاهز لتسجيل القياس يتم تثبيت فكى المسماك بغلق الكابح قبل نزع كرسى التحميل من بين فكى المسماك.
  8. فى هذه الحالة المقاس 39.987 ملليميتر.
  9. عندما تنتهى عملية القياس يتم غلق فكى المسماك قبل إعادته للصندوق.

Digital Caliper

  1. Always clean the surfaces to be measured.
  2. The digital caliper is very versatile. It can be used to measure inside and outside dimensions.
  3. It can also be set to measure in either millimeters or inches.
  4. Begin by turning on the power.
  5. Then, with the jaws closed, reset the display to zero.
  6. In this case metric units will be used. Open the jaws slightly wider than the part to be measured.
  7. Then carefully close the caliper until the jaws just touch the bearing. Gently rock the jaws to ensure you are at the widest point.
  8. This bearing is 46.97 millimeters wide.
  9. To measure in inches, press the unit selector button
  10. Then use the same technique to obtain an accurate reading in inches.
  11. This bearing is 1.8495 inches wide.
  12. When the job is done, turn of the power.
  13. The return the caliper to the case.

المسماك الرقمى

  1. يتم دائما تنظيف الجزء المطلوب قياسه جيدا قبل إجراء عملية القياس.
  2. المسماك الرقمى متعدد الأستخدم. يمكن إستخدامه فى قياس ابعاد داخلية وخارجية.
  3. يمكن إستخدامه أيضا فى قياس ابعاد بالملليميتر أو البوصه.
  4. إبدأ أولا بضغط زر الطاقة على وضع التشغيل.
  5. ثم قم بالضغط على زر إعادة البدء على أن يكون فكى المسماك مغلقة.
  6. فى هذه الحالة الوحدات المترية هى وحدات القياس. قم بفتح فكى المسماك لبعد أكبر قليلا من البعد المراد قياسه.
  7. قم بإدارة المقبض لغلق فكى المسماك ببطئ حتى تلامس السطح الخارجى لكرسى التحميل. أرجح فكى المسماك بلطف للتعرف على أكبر بعد.
  8. البعد الخارجى لكرسى التحميل 46.97 ملليميتر.
  9. للقياس بالبوصة إضغط مفتاح إختيار الوحدات.
  10. ثم قم بإعادة الخطوات للحصول على قياسات دقيقة بالبوصة.
  11. البعد الخارجى لكرسى التحميل 1.8495.
  12. عندما تنتهى عملية القياس إضغط على زر الطاقة على وضع الغلق.
  13. ثم قم بإعادة المسماك للصندوق.
